We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer (Node.js+React+AI Agent) to join our team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable applications, encompassing both frontend and backend technologies.
Backend:
- API & Integration Skills: Strong knowledge of RESTful API development;
- Node.js (2+ years of commercial experience);
- NestJS, TypeScript (production experience);
- Solid understanding of the event loop, streams, and async patterns in Node;
- ORM / query builders: TypeORM, MikroORM, or Knex
- MySQL/PostgreSQL (database design, query optimization, migrations);
- Message queues: RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar;
- Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
Frontend :
- Understanding of component composition and reusability;
- TypeScript (production experience);
- React Hooks (custom hooks experience);
- State Management: Redux/RTK;
- Data Fetching: Redux-Toolkit / RTK-Query;
- Reuse of shared logic (custom hooks, shared types);
- React.js (1.5+ years of commercial experience);
- Routing: React Router (nested routes, route guards, lazy loading);
- Styling: SASS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar.
AI
- Building scalable agentic system;
- Experience with AI Frameworks (ADK, LangChain, LangGraph);
- Strong understanding of LLM usage, manages API, tools, MCP;
- Prompt engineering technics;
- Harnesses architecture.
General:
- Version Control: Proficient with Git (branching strategies, merge conflict resolution, code reviews);
- Testing: Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, Supertest, React Testing Library);
- API Documentation: Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI or similar;
- Problem-solving and debugging skills across the full stack.
Nice to Have:
- CI/CD: Extensive experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and management (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins);
- Elasticsearch / OpenSearch (search, aggregations);
- Vector databases (Qdrant, pgvector) and embedding/RAG pipelines;
- Docker & containerization experience;
- Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure;
- WebSockets, real-time event delivery.
